Orders are dispatched from Guangdong, China and delivered internationally through available carrier routes.

Typical transit estimate: approximately 10–20 days after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Christmas orders should be placed early.

Order journey

  1. Order confirmation: check your email address, telephone number and full delivery address carefully.
  2. Payment verification: orders move forward after payment has been confirmed.
  3. Dispatch: the parcel leaves our Guangdong shipping point through the route available for the destination.
  4. International transit: customs, peak-season volume, weather and local-carrier conditions may affect the estimate.

Tracking

When tracking information is available for an order, it may take time to begin showing movement after the parcel enters the carrier network. Contact us if the status does not update for an extended period.

Address changes

Send corrections as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been dispatched, an address change may not be possible. Delivery problems caused by an incomplete or incorrect address can require additional coordination with the carrier.

Customs and import requirements

Import rules, taxes, duties and customs procedures vary by destination. Any destination-specific charge imposed by local authorities or carriers is separate from the item price unless the checkout or order confirmation explicitly states otherwise.
